SUPER EASY INSTALLATION. JUST REMOVE THE BODY VALCE AND SUBSITUTE THE THERMOSTAT WITH THIS BYPASSS!
10R80 is a great transmission and with regular usage the OEM cooler is more than enough to keep the temps in check.
Things change during high intesity or  track usage. the OEM thermostat opens when fluid temperature reaches ~190F
Unfortunately this is too late , making the  operational window too small. en fact, this transmission start to act weird around 225F and start to fail over 230F.  35f total is not enough for track usage.
This thermostat bypass allows your cooler to always run and  keep the temps under control.
 
This thermostat is the same of the ITALIAN_STANG Mustang ,TT2 NATIONAL CHAMPION 2024

However,
with the bypass you need to be sure to warm up the transmission prior track usage and it is not reccomended for daily usage in very cold environment ( without proper warm up)
 
When cold, We reccomend to reduce the air flow  ,i.e. partially or fully taping the inlet area of the transmission cooler ( top grille for 2018 and corner grill for Mach1) , to reduce the risk of extra cooling .
Usually after 1st session temperatures are perfect and you can remove the air flow limitations
